Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. One mailbox with 20 warmup emails per day, a weekly placement test, and basic DNS checks — no credit card, no expiry. Upgrade only when you need more mailboxes or volume.
How is this cheaper than per-inbox tools?
Most warmup tools charge $25–30 per inbox per month. Our plans are flat: Starter covers 5 mailboxes for $19/month total, and Pro covers 25 mailboxes for $49/month total — that's under $2 per inbox.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month (or annual, at a discount), cancel from the billing page in one click, and your mailboxes drop back to the free tier limits instead of being deleted.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed by our merchant-of-record payment provider. Annual invoices are available on request.
Do warmup emails count against my provider's sending limits?
Yes — warmup emails are real emails, which is exactly why they build reputation. The daily volumes on every plan sit far below provider limits (Google Workspace allows 2,000/day), and the ramp keeps early volume conservative.
