6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

Scale Plan: $19 per mailbox per month (3+ mailboxes)
Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
Billing occurs monthly in advance
No refunds for partial months of service

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. The trial includes:

No credit card required to start
Automatic conversion to paid plan after trial period

8. Data Security and Privacy
