Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of EmailWarmer.io. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

EmailWarmer provides email warmup, inbox placement testing, DNS auditing, and deliverability monitoring for mailboxes you connect. To do this, the service sends and reads email on behalf of your connected mailboxes as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account and mailboxes

• You must only connect mailboxes you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• Warmup sends real email from your mailbox. You accept that warmup volume counts against your email provider's sending limits and terms; it is your responsibility to ensure automated sending is permitted on your mailbox plan.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.);
• connect mailboxes obtained fraudulently or without authorization;
• attempt to manipulate other users' deliverability or interfere with the warmup network;
• resell the service without a written agreement;
• probe, overload, or circumvent rate limits or security controls.

We may suspend accounts that harm the warmup network's health — spam-flagged behavior degrades deliverability for everyone in it.

4. Plans, billing & cancellation

Paid plans bill monthly or annually via our merchant-of-record payment provider. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. The free plan is free indefinitely within its limits. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. No deliverability guarantee

Warmup builds sender reputation, but inbox placement is ultimately decided by receiving providers based on many factors including your own sending behavior. We do not guarantee specific placement rates or outcomes.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including provider actions taken against your mailboxes or domains.

7. Termination

You may delete your workspace at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach of these Terms. On termination, mailbox credentials are deleted and warmup stops.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
