Plans & Limits

Every plan's quotas side by side, plus how upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation actually behave.

EmailWarmer has three self-serve plans and a Custom tier. Every quota below is per workspace unless noted otherwise.

The Free plan is a real plan, not a trial. One mailbox at 20 warmup emails/day plus a weekly placement test is enough to properly warm a single inbox — see the quickstart. No credit card required.

Annual billing

Paying annually drops Starter to $15/month and Pro to $39/month — roughly a 20% discount. You're billed for the year up front.

Upgrading

Upgrades take effect immediately: higher mailbox limits, daily volumes, and placement test quotas unlock as soon as the payment processes. If you've been rate-limited on placement tests during warmup, upgrading mid-cycle is the fastest fix.

Downgrading

Downgrading drops you to the lower plan's limits without deleting anything:

  • Your mailboxes stay connected. If you have more mailboxes than the new plan allows, the extras stop warming but their configuration and history are preserved — reactivate them by upgrading again or removing others.
  • Reputation history, placement test results, and audit records are kept.
  • Quotas (placement tests, warmup volume, Copilot messages) reset to the new plan's limits.

If you're scaling down temporarily — say, between campaigns — downgrade rather than cancel. Your warmed mailboxes keep their history, and you avoid rebuilding reputation from scratch later.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the billing page. Billing is handled by a merchant of record, so invoices and payment methods are managed there too. After cancellation you drop to the Free plan's limits — the same preservation rules as a downgrade apply, so your data isn't deleted.

Which plan do you need?

  • Free — warming one personal or trial mailbox, testing the platform.
  • Starter — a small team or a single sender with a handful of mailboxes; adds full DNS and blacklist monitoring.
  • Pro — agencies and outbound teams running many mailboxes; adds Google Postmaster integration and read-only API access.
  • Custom — beyond 25 mailboxes or with specific volume needs; email [email protected].
